Elaboration process: 3 days of cold maceration, followed by 8 days of fermentation at 26 °C - 28 °C, and 20 days of maceration after fermentation. Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels, then it remains for at least 8 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES This is an elegant and complex dark red wine. In nose, it displays a wide range of aromas, from notes of fresh red fruit and spices typical of this variety, such as red bell pepper, to nuts and chocolate, resulting from its long aging in oak. At the palate, it is brad with a noticeable structure, soft and round tannins. This is a wine with a great finish, finesse and high aging potential.
