We use only 4 natural ingredients—New Zealand milk powder, butter, and dried figs. With zero artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives added throughout the process, the ingredient list is so clean that it contains only the names of the ingredients, making it more reassuring for family consumption.

Every step is crafted by hand: from softening the butter, manually kneading the milk powder and flour, to chopping the dried figs, and finally slow-baking at 160°C after shaping. Free from mass production machinery, we rely on the warmth of hands to control the integration of butter and flour, ensuring the crust is fluffy yet not hard, with milk aroma evenly permeating. The moisture and sweetness of dried figs are fully locked in, and every piece embodies the warmth of handcrafting.
