Production Introduction:
BIOBASE Plasma sterilizer takes H²O² as sterilizing agent and from plasmatic state of H²O² by electromagnetic field under
low temperature. It combines both gaseous and plasmatic H²O² to make sterilization for the items in chamber and decom-
posed the residual H²O² after sterilization.
It is widely used in CSSD or other medical institute for the sterilization of electric wire and cable, optical glasses and glass
lens, power equipment and batteries, endosoopes, catheter, nonmetallic and other wet or heat sensitive instruments.
Application:
The sterilizer is applicable to sterilize the medical instruments that are thermo labile or non-moisture tight. It is not applicable
to the sterilization of liquid, poeder or cotton fabrics. All the medical instruments that meet the following conditions can be
processed by this type of sterilizer.
BKQ-PS100:
Medicaltubular instrument: inner diameter≥1mm, length≤500mm
Nonmetal tubular instrument: inner diameter≥1mm, length≤2000mm
BKQ-PS200:
Medicaltubular instrument: inner diameter≥0.8mm, length≤300mm
Nonmetal tubular instrument: inner diameter≥1mm, length≤1000mm
Product Features:
*Low temperature sterilization
The sterilization temperature is 50±5ºC which is much lower than steam sterilization. It is dry sterilization that has no
harm on instrument, so it extends the device service life.
*Safe and environment friendy
The matter after sterilization is water and oxygen molecule that have no toxic harm to staff or patient,and there is no
need for drainage or air exhausting. High efficient H²O² filter is installed in the exhausting outlet to guarantee no H²O²
pollution to the environment.
*Convenient
Only power supply is needed for installation. The system adopts man-machine control interface with intelligent program
design. Equipped with foot switch (optional) and integrated biological incubator (optional)
*Multiple models
The door structure of the sterilizer is customizable (single or double door). To meet pharmaceutical factory needs,
chanber material can be stainless steel.
*Reliable sterilization
The chamber adopts alloy material which has good thermal conductivity to guarantee a stable temperature in the
chamber. The purifcation system makes the H²O² diffused uniformly. The low temperature storage system provides
a stable concentration of H²O².
*Safe sealing door
The sterilizer adopts mandrill-driving auto overhead door with reliable sealing function and safe lock device to guarantee
personal safety.
*Data management
The 2048M storage (optional) can store original data for inquiring. Mini printer can be used to print operation data timely.

The vacuum pump, controller, pressure transmitter and other key components are world famous brand. The sterilizer
equipped with multiple programs and bar code identification system (optional).
