The dedicated sensor adopts the principle of thermal conduction analysis to detect the gas flow direction. When the gas flow direction is abnormal, the sensor outputs corresponding signals. When the signals reach the limit value, the self-controlled actuator will be triggered to actuate, achieving the purpose of protecting the equipment. It is applicable to scenarios where there are requirements for gas flow direction.

Technical indicators:

Sensitivity	When the environmental temperature is within the range of (10~35)℃, and the gas flow density in the pipeline in the direction of flow is ≤ 2.3mg/cm2·s, the sensor's load resistance should be ≥ 1000Ω, and its sensitivity should not be less than 30mV·cm2·s/mg. When the sensor's load resistance is ≥ 250Ω, its sensitivity shall not be less than 23 mV·cm2·s/mg.
Output voltage	When the gas flow density in the pipeline that is prohibited from flowing changes stepwise from 0 to (0.45 ± 0.20) g/cm2·s, the average increase rate of the sensor's output voltage is not less than 60 mV/s.
Supply voltage	（12.0±0.1）VDC
