Vineyard location: The vineyards are located on the most sunny masonry terraced fields of our valley.
Soil type: Loose, of porphyritic nature.
Vine training system: Guyot and Trentino pergola.
Vinification: Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation is at controlled temperature and the ageing occurs in stainless steel vats.
Then, further ageing in the bottle for a couple of months.
Characteristics: Bright yellow straw. Elegant and complex on the nose, with intense flowery and fruity notes. Full, rich, soft and persistent on the palate.
