- Medium to full bodied dry red wine
- Blend: 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Kékfrankos (aka Blaufränkisch)
- Was matured for 20 month in used barriques and double-barriques (500 liters)
- Tasting notes: deep ruby colour; in the nose red berries with some vanilla; in the palate liquorice notes with red currant and raspberries; vivid but velvet with soft tannins; an elegant wine with long finish
- Matches very well with pork and lamb chops, duck breast, Italian dishes; works very well with spicy Chinese/ Asian dishes too
