This is a popular Black vinegar drink in Japan and Taiwan.
Barley black vinegar which was reduced black vinegar peculiar smell is blended with a lot of honey and sweet sour apples in a good balance. We succeeded to have black vinegar more delicious and easier to drink with acacia honey and a flavor of the Fuji apple juice grown  in Nagano Prefecture by our research and development. Instead of sugar, and we use only fructose and oligosaccharide for  health and body. We recommend to drink with mixing with not only water but also milk, because it is dilution type. You can also enjoy it  as yogurt sauce.
We also recommend  for gifts since the container is stylish such as a wine bottle.

Features of Barley black vinegar
①We use malt of barley as a raw material and also use ferment and aging pure rice vinegar.
It is made carefully by the old-fashioned and traditional fermentation methods.
②Barley includes more minerals and amino acids than rice and wheat. They are also included in Barley black vinegar. .
③The feature is rich and ripe scent, and also mellow and sweet taste of malt.
