1) How can we get start cooperate if we have not import before?

--Our shipping department can help you with container booking,sea freight,Insurance, import docs ,original certification ect, one package service ,and we also can recommend the shipping agent to help you solve all this.

2) How your factory control and ensure the quality?

--Quality First is our factory principle!  50 Internal Professional Inspectors Can Escort The Quality Of Your Order,We can send you all inspection pictures or you can inspect by video call ! Of course you can arrange your own inspection at any time during the whole productive process! 

3) How about your New product planning？ How Often? 

--New products are published on every month!Generally it will have 10-15 series, more during exhibition season

4) How about the payment terms, MOQ ,and delivery time?

--Generally , We do 30% deposit , 70% balance before shipping ! LC at sight is also acceptable

--MOQ depends on the product, different item different MOQ, for example ,pendant lamp is 100pcs, chandelier is 50pcs, we will make the mark for each item when quote. MOQ can negotiable and flexible if have other customers already have orders under producing.

--Delivery time also depends on products and quantity , generally , it will take 35-60 days for one full container.

5) How about the warranty time?

--Generally , LED items can with two years ! But if you have any broken or assistant at any time ,YADI always here to help , offer the excellent after-sale service.
