Recommended with: small game, red meat, lamb and cured cheeses.
This wine comes from one of the most valued vineyards on the Hoya de Cadenas Estate, both for its soil composition and micro-climate, which govern particular ripening rhythms. The Tempranillo comes from the 'Vallejo Arroyo' vineyard, situated in the south of the property on terraces surrounded by woodland, ideal for obtaining elegant tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the 'Viña Adriana' vineyard which is in a very sunny position, ideal for drawing out fruity aromas and polyphenols.
