Considered as China's Unique grape variety showing characteristic aromas of Chinese Medicinal herbs with a delightful Eastern finess. This wine is made from a Single Vineyard  selection within our oldest vines of Cabernet Gernischt of over 20 years. It shows aromas of black fruits, cocoa, cedar, some menthol, rose and dry herbs notes, with a delicate and smooth mouthfeel but a firm structure and very persistent aftertaste showing its great ageing potential, while also enjoyable young.
