Sauvignon Blanc was first planted in Rueda over 40 years ago and from the beginning it thrived due to Rueda stony soils, allowing for fragrant and fresh wines, always as a single varietal never blended. Pale yellow with a tinge of green.
It clearly shows delicate and characteristic varietal aromas like lime, grass, and elderflower. There are also notes of tropical fruit like pineapple and passion fruit. In the palate, it displays a crisp acidity and a bright citrus fruit character, coupled with tropical flavors. Medium-bodied and refreshing, with lingering floral and mineral flavors in the finish.
