This premium-grade Kihin Junmai Daiginjo is produced in Shikoku region of Kochi prefecture, Japan. The sake delivers a perfect level of acidity with a mild sweetness and the depth of flavors. It is excellent as an aperitif to be accompanied with white fish sashimi, salads, cold steamed chicken, etc.
