This Honjozo-shu features the finest quality and a mild yet deep taste. It used natural ingredients which the water is drawn from the groundwater of Kiso River in the mountains of Ibuki and Suzuka. Polished with good quality and skillful effort, it is brewed by "Yamahai-shikomi", which is a traditional procedure to produce great sake.
