We professionally package our products to ensure a safe and on-time delivery to you, as a result transit damage rarely occurs. Please check immediately upon receipt of goods for any visible damage or defects and ensure any damages are reported to us within 7 days. Please note, late reports of transit damage cannot be compensated.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- We are informed within 14 days of delivery.
- Unwanted goods must be returned in full resalable condition, complete with original packaging.
- The return of any item(s) is your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse, we are not liable for any damage in transit or for any loss of your parcel.
- If the original packaging is missing or the items have been fitted or modified, we regret that we cannot accept a return.
