- From the famous Cortese grapes, the elegant White Wine from Piedmont
- The free-run juice produced by soft pressing of the whole grapes is inoculated with selected yeasts (S.Cerevisiae) to start the alcoholic fermentation, which is conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at around 18°C
- The wine is then left on its fine lees, with light stirring. Before the winter it decants naturally, prior to being racked and stabilized to prevent the formation of sediment
- In the following spring the wine is bottled, and left to mature in the cellar for 2-4 months The average annual production of this wine is 7,000 Bordeaux bottles (75 cl)

- Color: bright, straw-yellow with appealing greenish highlights
- Nose: intense, fragrant and characteristic, with inviting apricot and
- citrus fruit overtones on a very fine mineral backdrop
- Taste: dry, warm, luscious, round
