The appearance of this wine is medium pale with ruby-garnet hue. There are aromas of red rose petal, vanilla, sour cherry, stewed rhubarb and some blackcurrant. The palate is lively and shows bright fruit and fragrant flavours of strawberries and cream, our cherry and plum. Spice of clove, star anise with charred vanilla gives darker notes that layers the wine into an elegant Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with silky smooth tannin.
