This full-bodied, well rounded and lightly spiced wine with high extract is produced using controlled fermentation and cultured yeast before its maturation. Thanks to its juiciness and residual sugar the taste is very attractive. The special middle European variety gives this spicy wine very well-balanced residual sugar and acidities. There are nice fruity aromas in the nose like mirabell and plum and next to the yellow exotic fruits is the aroma of summer honey. In the taste, this white wine is full and round with pepper and light wood notes. The long lasting aftertaste fades away to a spicy tone of pepper. This unique wine variety made with very ripe grapes is a 2013 silver medal winner. We recommend serving it with spicy Asian food like Sichuan cuisine or with afternoon coffee, desserts or fruit salads.
