The new variety Solaris borrows its name from the God of the sun. Deep green-yellow color, aroma of ripe pineapple with tones of fresh banana to hazelnuts. A full, highly extractive, harmonious flavor supported by fine acidity and rounded by residual sugar. Great for moon cake or fried sugar cakes.
