Vinification: Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must ferments in small wooden casks, where the wine is aged for about 18-24 months. Then, an extended ageing in the bottle, for about 2 years.
Characteristics: Intense yellow straw. Ripe fruit, coffee and vanilla notes on the nose. Fresh and lively taste once matured. Long-lasting, fragrant, fresh and persistent.
As accompaniment: Fish dishes, roasted and smoked white meat, mushroom risotto.
