Modal is a next-generation viscose fiber that has emerged relatively recently. It is made from beech or eucalyptus wood, using an advanced production process that gives it all the qualities of cotton—only enhanced. The fibers are exceptionally light, fine, and strong.

To the touch, modal is incredibly soft and gentle, offering an eco-friendly alternative that resembles silk in appearance with a matte finish. It’s significantly more absorbent than cotton and has a natural cooling effect. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant, retains its color wash after wash, and is highly resistant to shrinking and stretching.
