The Magnetic Appliance Plug is a power plug that fits into the corresponding magnetic plug-type temperature controllers or to MDB-2 appliance inlets to provide power to electrical devices. This plug employs magnetic actuation to maintain a regular electrical circuit under normal operating conditions and easy disconnection to prevent the appliance from falling down or toppling over when the cord is tripped by accident.  It is widely used in cooking ware and electrical heating devices, including deep fryers, electric kettles, baking ware, and cooking pots.
