Type : After-Dinner Maple Liqueur.
Category : Selection of a high quality mid-season pure maple water.
Millésime : 2011
Vinification : Traditional concentration by the heat of maple water in wood-fired metal pans. Ageing and stirring is done in stainless steel vats.
Alcohol content : 12 percent alcohol by volume.
Visual analysis : Light yellow colour with a golden and amber shimmer/rancio.
Olfactory analysis : Maple and Caramel notes.
Gustative analysis : Mellow and rich, long in mouth.
Service : Chilled between 6° and 8 °C or at room temperature 16° to 18 °C.
