Tasting notes
Very bright straw yellow colour with green hues. This wine has an intense nose featuring aromatic herbs, bay leaves, hints of balsamic, apple, citric combined with grapefruit nuances. Notes of aniseed, fresh mint and fruit are accompanied by a mineral, dry stone character. Fresh and unctuous in the mouth with a very well balanced acidity. Intense on retronasal, with nuances of white fruits and citrus
notes on the finish.
