TYPE OF LAND
The land on which the vineyard subsists is of medium consistency with a high proportion of clay- limestone content; found at an altitude between 200 and 260 meters below sea level, exposed towards east/south-east.
TRAINING SYSTEM
Espalier with Guyot pruning.
PLANTING DENSITY
5500 vines per hectare.
GRAPE HARVESTING
Took place during the first fifteen days of September.
Rigorously carried out by hand and placed in small crates weighing 12, kg each.
WINE-MAKING
The selection of the grapes is done by hand on long sorting tables.
The grapes fall into conical oak vats: and without temperature management or the addition of selected yeasts the must concludes the process of fermentation and continues to macerate on the skins for approximately one month.
AGING
The wine evolves on its fine lees for 12 months in French oak barrels and ages in glass for 6 months.

VISUAL EXAMINATION
Intense red colour, with purple reflections.
OLFACTORY
Clear, fresh flavour; majestic yet persuasive and intensely harmonious.
Glazed blackberry, vanilla and spices can be perceived.
GUSTATIVE
Smooth and harmonious: oak, spices and red fruits are perfectly balanced.
