The land on which the vineyard is situated has medium consistency characteristics with a high proportion of clay-limestone content; situated at an altitude between 200 and 260 metres above sea level facing east/southeast.
TRAINING SYSTEM

PLANTING DENSITY
5500 vines per hectare.
GRAPE HARVESTING
The harvest took place during the first days of September.
The collection is made strictly by hand placing the grape bunches in small crates weighing 12 kg each.
WINE-MAKING
The grapes are carefully selected by hand on long sorting tables.
The grapes reach the vats by natural gravity flow: where the must concludes the fermentation, macerating on the skins for approximately a month without temperature control or the addition of selected yeasts.
REFINEMENT
The wine evolves, on its fine lees, for 12 months in small tonneaux barrels in French oak.
Aged in the bottle for 6 months.
