Millesimato comes from a fermentation carried out in barrels, it grows for eighteen months in French oak barrels and is refined for two years in glass to better express the magnitude of its aromatic content.
A trio of white grapes - pecorino, falanghina and trebbiano – are the protagonists of this wine, golden yellow in color. Complex aromas, accompanied by a perfectly balanced alcoholic structure and power, evoke exotic fruit, bergamot, candied orange and yellow peach, broom and acacia.
An elegant persistence makes Millesimato the perfect pair for spicy Asian dishes, fresh pasta with truffles, rice with curry, herbed cheeses and saffron-based preparations.
A 10-12°C temperature is recommended for serving. A lower temperature will give this wine its full potential for maximum expression with sushi, oysters and caviar.
