with spicy notes.
Taste: elegant and powerful, endowed with a rich tannic weft, with distinct notes of red fruit (mulberry) together with spice and liquorice scents, a complex persistent finish.
Food pairing: cold cuts, appetizers, seasoned cheeses, important first courses with meat sauces, truffles and mushrooms. Ideal with roasts and feather or coat game.
