“Moscardello” is the ancient local name for this delicious, sweet dessert wine. It’s a distinguished and limited production, obtained from the noble Moscato grape. In order to bring out its unique aroma, the vinification process is based on “natural” fermentation, which contributes to making “Moscardello” a jewel in the Abruzzo winemaking crown.
Vinification process: after a light crushing, the must is kept in isolated tanks. The following slow fermentation in autoclaves exalts the aromatic particularities of the Moscato grape.
