Vineyard location: The vineyards are located in the most ideal terrain for this vine: on dry masonry terraced vineyards, between 600 and 700 m above sea level.
Soil type: Loose, of porphyritic or calcareous nature.
Vine training system: Simple Trentino pergola and Guyot.
Vinification: Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation is at controlled temperature and the ageing (a couple of months) is effected in steel vats.
Characteristics: Dull yellow straw colour with greenish lights; fine and intense on the nose; lightly aromatic with sage, rosemary, elder, tropical and grapefruit notes. Savory, mineral, with pleasant acidity, peculiar characteristics of mountain wines. Dry, soft and persistent.
As accompaniment: As aperitif; with vegetable soups and mousses; and egg, asparagus, or fish courses
