Grapes are handpicked in the last week of September.
Aged with lees for 6 months in new "Allier" French oak barrels.
This dry red wine features a cherry red color.
Rich black fruits and spices aromas with wooden toast undertones.
Succulent flavors with balsamic notes and a hint of earthy herb on the finish.
Ripe tannins with subtle astringency add further body and structure to this red.
Enjoy with fresh lasagne, seafood pasta or with Italian salami and cold meats.
Ready to drink now and will keep well for up to 4 years.
Serve at a temperature between 14 to 15 degrees for best results.
