Production Area: Southern Veneto. Vineyards have a south/southwest exposure and average altitude of 150 meters a. s. 1. Gravel and clay soils.
Harvest: Second half of August/first decade of September.
Vinification: Sot pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature (12-14°C) for about 10 days. Afterwards it is carried out the the refermentation in autoclave following the Charmat Method. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to be then racked and bottled; it follows a shert refinement in bottle.
Tasting Notes: The color is bright straw yellow. Fine persistent bubble structure. Vinous arornas of pear, apple and citrus with hints of wisteria flowers and how to. Bright and lively on the palate with clean effervescence.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with risotto (with radicchio and mushroom), soups and white meats. Perfect pairing with fish (molluscs, crustaceans, seafood).
Alcohol Content: 11.5%.
Serving Temperature: 6-8.
