The golden bunches of Glera grapes (ancient name for Prosecco) are nourished by the soil of Civranetta Estate. This type of soil is colled «caranto», an ancient Pleistocene stratification composed of dense clayeyslimy ground with calcareous bottom.
A Palaeosol rich in minerals, which conveys a compound aromas balance to every single grape.
The proximity to the sea and its prevailing winds, give the grapes a distinct flavor that increases their aromas.
