This white wine uses a brewing method of low pressure vacuum to extract the yeast. The whole fermentation process is controlled at 12 degree Celsius with open lid. This refreshing wine has fragrant fruity aromas and a lemon color that is as transparent as water. This wine is best consumed between 10 to 12 degree Celsius and goes well with different kinds of grilled fish, roasted meat and white meat.
