Sourced exclusively from our red clay vineyard. This wine has a beautiful Pinot nose of cherry, currant and strawberry rhubarb jam. The palate is medium bodied with ripe tannins and a concentrated lingering finish.
Traditional food pairings such as beef bourginon, grilled salmon and charcuterie will pair wonderfully. Try something different with a grilled brie panini or a chicken dish with roasted tomatoes and peppers.
