Rooibos tea is an indigenous South African herbal tea (tisane), consisting of needles as opposed to tea leaves. It features a naturally sweet, earthy and slightly woody taste with low astringency and very low tannins, when compared to Camelia sinensis. It is naturally caffeine-free and has 0 calories. The brewing time is as long as 5-10 minutes to ensure excellent health benefits, taste and color.
