Rosae presents itself as fresh, fragrant and easily drinkable with very evident aromas of rose and violet. A combination of tonalities and flavours dominates Lacrima di Morro d’Alba as produced by CasalFarneto.
TECHNICAL SHEET
Rosae wine is produced in the vineyards of the inland of Ancona province. The soil is of medium to loose consistency, with southeast exposure. The process of “vinification” occurs with not too long macerations, followed by a thermo-controlled fermentation phase in steel. The refinement period takes four months in steel and at least two months in bottle.
