This 2010 Rosso Veronese IGT is made by Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and cabernet Sauvignon grapes by a unique "appassimento" method. On the nose the red wine reveals spicy plum and cherry notes with a hint of raspberries. On the palate the wine is smooth and subtle with a slight spicy flavor.
