The colour is delicate, a soft pink with brilliant salmon tints that highlight the dancing movement of the fine & airy bubbles.
On the nose the wine expresses itself with gourmet notes of small red currants, raspberries and ripe strawberries.
The mouth is crisp, fruity, fresh and well balanced: the pleasure is prolonged by a significant persistence of red fruit in the mouth, highlighted by the beautifully blended dosage.
