- ATCS-optimal physical online cleaning solution for chiller tube.
- Main components: ball collector, ball strainer, PLC, ball collecting pump, ball injecting pump and electric valve.
- The rubber ball is injected into the inlet tube in the chiller, and flows through the copper tube with the system’s water flow to scrub the fouling on the inner wall.
- The rubber ball will return to the ball strainer and wait for the next cycle.

- Base: composed of PLC control cabinet, ball injecting pump and ball collecting pump, etc. (1,200 x 400 x 1,700 mm)
- PLC control module: programmable controller PLC and touch screen that can set cleaning frequency, cleaning period and full-automatic online cleaning, etc.
- Ball collector: built-in strainer and outer case made of seamless steel, providing 16 bars of effective pressure and flow area.
- Pipeline accessories: pressure gauge, gate valve, check valve, pipeline, electric valve and flow switch, etc.
- Rubber ball: standard size from 12mm to 28mm and 1mm increment in 3 degrees of hardness.
