The Syrah grapes (50%) are grown at 50 metres above sea level in the Baroni Estate in Noto (Sr).
Blended with the Merlot grapes (50%), grown at 650 meters above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in Santa Cristina Gela (Pa), they produce a wine characterized by a spicy perfume with a good concentration of fruit and fine tannin.
It is a lively ruby color wine with a soft and velvety taste, good intensity and persistent finish.
