Old vines located on the lower slopes of the Cantabrian mountain range.

Elaboration:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Maceration with the skins for 18 days to obtain the right colour.
Aging:
12 months in new American oak Bordeaux-type barrels. A minimum of 6 months’ bottle aging.
Tasting notes:
Intense cherry ruby colour with crimson hues. Powerful to the nose, combining aromas of fine toasting, ripe fruit and very complex mineral notes. Wide and elegant in the mouth. Lively finish with a future.
