The Ti5 T170V2.1 Humanoid Robot Reference Solution stands 175 cm tall and is constructed using Ti5's independently developed new-generation lightweight joint modules and dexterous bionic hands. With a self-weight of only 58 kg, it achieves a single-arm payload of 5 kg and features 42 degrees of freedom (DoF) across the entire body. Equipped with binocular cameras and powered by an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB controller, the robot’s leg joints deliver a maximum torque of 490 N·m.

The new-generation design abandons traditional linkage-based mechanical structures in favor of an integrated support system that combines the shell, torso, and limbs. This significantly enhances the robot’s durability and lightweight performance in complex working conditions.
