This special sake was created from the desire to craft a sake that pairs perfectly with sushi. It was supervised and taste-tested by sushi chefs from Hokkaido, specifically members of the Hokkaido Sushi Restaurant Sanitation Cooperative Youth Division.

The name “Tsumami-tsutsu” reflects the concept of “enjoying sake while nibbling on sushi”, capturing the spirit of relaxed and harmonious dining.
