Wine making & aging: fermentation of 10 days in a carbonic semi-maceration and maceration in cold of 3 days.
Sensory tasting: medium cloaking cherry red colour. Intense aromas of red fruits, strawberries and sloes, with several milky memories of mature grapes vintage. In mouth it is dry, balanced and tasty, with a well joined acidity and good mature and elegant tannin. After tasting it is ample and complex with fruity memories, of a good aromatic persistence and solid tannins.
