Undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
Feature a deep ruby red color with violet hues.
Intense red berry fruits aromas with prune and spicy boxwood undertones, finished on a light lignin, chocolate and vanilla note.
Full-bodied with corpulent flavors and smooth, rounded tannins at the finish.
Enjoy with slow-cooked lamb, pork chops and barbecued burgers or sausages.
Serve at a temperature of 18 degrees for best results.
