Highlighted here is a tensioning device in a metallic tone. The tensioning device is used for termination to adjust the tension of conductor. It is composed of pulley assembly for tensioning and ratchet wheel tensioning device.

(1) Pulley assembly for tensioning device:

• It is usually used for the termination of O.C.S whose tension is not more than 25kN. It is made up of pulley assembly with difference ratios. It can be divided into several specifications including 1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5 according to different ratios. The pulley body is made by low pressure cast aluminum alloy technology while non-oil lubrication technology will also be available. It characteristic includes easy installation, higher compensation efficiency, fine proof-wear property and long lifespan.

(2) Ratchet wheel tensioning device:

• It is usually used for the termination of O.C.S with larger tension or on bridge, whose transmission ration is 1:3.pulley body are adopting low pressure cast aluminum alloy technology, pulley slot adopt non-oil lubrication technology. The brake device is equipped on it. While wire is broken and the ratchet pulley and weight will fall, the teeth will be stuck the brake block so as to reduce the range of accident as well as avoid the falling weight to intrude the clearance .The whole assembly has the features of bearing higher capacity, safe and reliable, higher compensation efficiency, fine wear resistance, longer lifespan and maintenance free.
