• Best Merlot and high quality boutique wine.
• Merlot Reserve: A dark color and is a fruity wine with a lot of licorice, plum, black pepper, clove, blackberry and blackcurrant aromas. The mouth is full and chunky, with good fruit expression and heft. Soft and velvety, with a unique elegance. Easy drinking wine with good complexity and balanced character. Ideal to accompany red meats, casseroles and Italian pasta. Sauvignon Blanc Reserve: A pale yellow wine with distinctive green hues. Fruity nose with aromas of tropical fruit like pineapple, lime and grapefruit. Fresh and herbaceous, with an intense pear perfume. The mouth is fresh, lively, tasty, with good acidity due to the maritime influence. The minerality of the soil gives a good balance to the wine, resulting in a lingering, fresh and mouth watering Sauvignon Blanc.
• Chardonnay Reserve: A nice golden yellow wine. The nose is filled with ripe tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango and banana. Fresh and fruity mouth with nice acidity and some mineral notes. Mouth-filling, tasty with good acidity due to the maritime influence and long-lasting. Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany salmon, sea-bass, white meats and Chinese food.
• Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve: intense red color. Aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry with delicate touches of pepper, cassis and hints of tobacco. The fruit first noted in the nose is felt again in the mouth, highlighting the red fruits and pepper. A delicate and mellow wine but, at the same time, the presence of tannins prolongs the taste on the palate. Easy to drink and ideal for accompanying red meats and casserole dishes. At its best at a temperature of between 17 and 18° C. Ideal for accompanying meats, semi-mature cheeses and spicy dishes. Potential: It can be kept for 1 to 8 years.
• Carmenere Reserve: A deep and intense red color with some violet hues. Ripe and meaty nose with a nice perfume that includes spice and earth. With a fair amount of oak, some plum and berry aromas. Round, juicy and fresh mouth with lively flavors and good feel. Elegant and vibrant with distinctive sweet tannins. Ideal to accompany red meats, casseroles and Italian pasta.
• Pinot Noir Reserve: Deep ruby color. Intense aroma and elegant nose with fresh notes of strawberries and violets. Balanced, fresh mouth with an agreeable finish. At its best between 12 and 15°C. Ideal as an apéritif. Its freshness makes it a suitable accompaniment to salads, lean fish, fresh cheese, white meats and Japanese cuisine. Potential: Can be stored for 1 to 3 years.
