Tip -- App:

When connecting the Smart Bulb, make sure you are using 2.4GHz WiFi and the WiFi must be detectable. Many routers have both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks, and your phone will always be automatically connected to a 5 GHz network. Therefore, you must completely disable your 5 GHz network by going to your router settings (enter the router IP address in your internet browser, usually something like 192.168.1.1) and force your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz network!

In addition, the router encryption method must be WPA2-PSK type and the authentication type must be AES.
