ELABORATION TASTING NOTES Harvest: Hand-picked in late March. Elaboration Process: fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8 days at 24 °C - 26 °C, and 4 days of maceration after fermentation. This is a young wine of an intense violet color, clean and bright. It has a very good aromatic perception of plums and red fruit. In mouth, it displays soft and mature tannins. It has a harmonic and round finish.
