Fermentation and stabilization in stainless steel tanks. Aging: Stainless steel tanks. 4 months in bottle. Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color with steeled hues. In the nose it displays mineral and flower notes, typical of this variety. In the mouth it is light, fresh and well balanced. Very aromatic wine, with fresh finish and lightly unctuous. Serving temperature: 8° C – 10° C
